Fate always knows when you're ready for love.

The past is catching up with Aspyn Layton. The father she never knew passed away and she is left to deal with his estate. An unexpected snowstorm has her stranded at the one place she didn’t want to be—her father’s house—with a naked man.

Damon Andrews has a secret, one he shared with Aspyn’s father. He must convince Aspyn there is more to life then what she knows. How will she react when she finds out he is a mountain lion, and she is his mate? Their fates are intertwined.

Never fully recovering from her father abruptly leaving when she was just a child, Aspyn Layton must face her past with her father’s recent passing. She visits her father’s home to deal with his estate and hoping to put the past behind her but instead finds a handsome stranger and a journal that holds long kept secrets and the truth behind her father’s absence.

Damon Andrews knew all about Aspyn’s father’s secrets and has a few of his own. He has been busy building a home and patiently awaiting the arrival of his true mate. When he meets Aspyn, he knows fate has finally brought his mate to him. He feels the attraction to Aspyn instantly, but knows that his greatest challenge will be convincing her of what she truly is, even if he has to take matters into his own hands and show her himself.

SNOWY FATE is a short novella with a little paranormal twist and romance. While I would have loved a little more background on the characters and a developing romance instead of an instant one, the story was short but entertaining. I hope Ms. Dobson gives us another look into the lives of Aspyn and Damon in the near future!
