CLAIMING THEIR CAT is a sensual read with great suspense and plot twists. The story begins with action from the first few pages and takes us on a ride filled with danger, animal instincts and off the charts passion! Cat and Rio get off to a rocky start but there’s no denying their chemistry. I was skeptical of their relationship in the beginning but the pair grew on me halfway through the book, up until the menage story began to develop, my feelings changed a bit after that, maybe because I’ve never read a story where two werewolves share the same mate. While their relationship was sweet and sexy I personally could not connect with the ménage…but it still made for a great alpha love triangle! I just think everything developed and was settled quicker than I would have liked.
The pleasant surprise for me in CLAIMING THEIR CAT came in the form of the secondary romance of Draco the vampire and Rio’s human friend Lucy. These two stole the show for me, I found their romance to be engaging and seductive and was left wanting more. With plenty of surprises, sexy alpha males and a bit of the paranormal, this erotic novel packs a promising story in a short amount of time. If you’re looking to step away from the usual werewolf romance, Claiming Their Cat is your book!
