Rhyderick aka Rhyder – He is a lycanthrope shifter. He turns into a seven foot blue/grey wolf who loves to hunt. He is carefree but is always down for a good fight. Ryder is a true ladies man, the more the merrier.
Ryder was just a boy when his pack was slaughtered by Liam and his commanders. He was forced to watch as Liam let loose the sluagh and allowed them to consume everyone he loved. Liam thought that this was a good lesson for a young boy to learn…death was inevitable.
Rhyder had been wandering for weeks after his clan’s death when Obsydian found him dragging his father’s sword behind him. He was young, frail, and in need of medical care. Obsydian used his powers to heal the boy but was only able to heal part of him. He brought Rhyderick to the goddesses and asked for permission to raise him in the ways or a true warrior. They agreed and Rhyder became Obsydian’s protégé. He joined The Nine when he proved himself in the battle to retrieve Kylah.
