About the Book
FAMILY HEIR by Sara M. Drake
Kelley longed for a normal life – to go to college, to have normal friends, and to work a nice desk job.
When an unknown predator starts a killing spree, she finds herself drug back into a world that includes vampires, werewolves, and her ex-husband. Kelley agrees to lead the small team to find the murderer – which consists of one uncommunicative ex-hubbie and an inexperienced federal agent.
Only shots in the night prove that Kelley has become a target and her training as a Hunter does nothing to prepare her for being hunted.

I really like the cover on this book and I’m looking forward to reading it.
I like the top 10 literary crushes 😉
I would have to say that mine would include Bran Cornick, Charles Cornick, Clayton Danvers and Simon Wolfgard. Yes, I have thing for wolves.
That’s a nice list Melanie, can’t disagree with those yummy choices!
Thanks so much for having me on your blog!
The cover artist, Paramita, is amazing. I am still in awe of the cover 😀
Melanie, awesome list! Bran’s a favorite of mine, too.

My pleasure Sara! I was glad to hear some of the characters you listed are also on my list: Adam, Trent and Mr. Darcy have been longtime literary crushes of mine! 😉
im normally not the reading type, but once I started reading this book I could not stop. I’ve started thinking about the sequel before I finished. My favorite parts are trying to figure how all of these creatures as well as humans, co-mingle.
Love this book.
Rick,
You’re making me blush 😀
I hope to have the sequel out this summer!

I SO agree with Trent! Love the Hollows! Wonderful list though, lots of good ones there! Thanks so much for hosting a tour stop Lori!
I am embarrassed to say that I have only heard of two on the list-Mr. Spock and Mr. Darcy! I need to get busy! I would add Logan from Dannika Dark’s Mageri series, Bones from Jeanine Frost’s Night Huntress series, Dex from Karina Halle’s Experiment in Terror series, and Barrons from the Fever series by Karen Marie.Moning.
On another note, this book looks really good 🙂
I cannot wait for this weekend as I now know what I will be reading!!!
I devour anything Urban Fantasy/Paranormal and Family Heir sounds awesome!!!
